First week of November, there were proud promising spears of flower buds.
The first frost hit hard on the night of 12th November, with a sudden drop to 11 degree night temperatures, leaving a sad, drooping mess.
There will be no aloe ferox flowers this year.
Sweet potato succumbed too. No more stir fry greens.
